- Delivery Type, Fees and Time Frames
For orders over R799, ENVY delivers free of charge within South Africa, either door-to-door or to a pick-up point, depending on the suburb and postal code selected at checkout.
For orders under R799, ENVY charges a non-refundable R65 fee to deliver either door-to-door or delivery to a point, depending on where you’re located.
During the checkout process, ENVY will determine your delivery options based on your delivery suburb and postal code. Irrespective of the delivery method selected, ENVY will deliver within 2 – 6 working days depending on the delivery address.

- Delivery Types
As the buyer, you indicate where in South Africa you require delivery, as well as contact numbers to be used in connection with delivery.
In the case of door-to-door delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified in the checkout process.
In the case of door-to-counter delivery, your order will be delivered to the post-office nearest to your address within the postal code you selected.
In the case of door-to-pick-up point delivery, your order will be delivered to your selected ENVY store for pick-up.
In the case of door-to-door delivery, if nobody is present at the address at the time of delivery, our courier will make a second attempt to deliver, on the next working day.
The courier will try once more (third attempt), and if at that time there is still no one to sign for the parcel, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a return will be processed for the goods. You will be refunded in the same payment method which was used for the order.
Should a delivery fee have been charged on the order, this will not be reimbursed, given that the courier has attempted delivery on numerous occasions.
In the case of door-to-pick-up point, if the parcel is not collected within 8 calendar days of being delivered, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a return will be processed for the goods. You will be refunded in the same payment method which was used for the order.
Unless we inform you otherwise, before you place your order and before the final confirmation, the estimated maximum delivery time for an order – either door-to-door or door-to-pick-up point is 6 working days.
As outlined above, all ENVY standard deliveries take place during business hours i.e. there are no deliveries over weekends or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.
- Late delivery
The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECT Act") entitles you to cancel your purchase within 7 days’ notice if the products you have purchased are not be delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified in the ENVY terms and conditions. The product(s) in question must be returned to ENVY in their original state, including all labels. Any such cancellation must be done by via the ENVY call centre by either calling 011 022 9309 or emailing email@example.com. ENVY will then refund you.
- Stock shortages
1. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, ENVY will notify you via email and credit your ENVY account. You are welcome to reply to the email and advise us that you would prefer a refund: the store credit will then be removed and your refund will be done in the same method used to pay for the original order. If the original order was paid via EFT, kindly include your banking details in the email.
2. If a coupon or voucher was redeemed on the purchase and the entire order cannot be fulfilled, ENVY will issue a replacement coupon with the same Terms & Conditions applicable. If part of an order in which a coupon was used is not available, the actual rand value paid will be automatically refunded in store credit – any queries to this will be handled on a case by case basis.
