1.1. Please note that all returns have to be authorized by ENVY. Kindly send us an email at email@example.com or contact us at 011 022 9309.
1.2. If the incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it is not the product you purchased), please do not remove the product from its original packaging or try the product on at all. Please promptly contact ENVY Head Office on 011 022 9309 so that we can resolve the mistake by arranging to collect the product from you and to deliver the correct product.
1.3. You may not under any circumstances return the following items for hygiene reasons: Earrings, products which you or any other person has altered, repaired or worn.
1.4. NO CASH REFUNDS – Should we not be able to size swap or item substitute, a online credit coupon for the value of your purchase will be issued and emailed to the recipient .(Kindly note the online credit coupon could take up to 30 days to be sent)
1.5. If all items are returned for credit , a R50 courier fee will be deducted from credit coupon.
1.6. If a customer does a second return on a product/products, requested/specified a R50 courier fee will be deducted from credit for second returns on same order.
1.7. We regret NO RETURNS on SALE goods.
1.1. Defective products can only be returned directly to ENVY Head Office in Midrand.
1.2. ENVY will arrange for a collection of the defective product by our courier once you have contacted us.
Returned product packaging
Please ensure that the returned product to be collected by the courier is packed so as to comply with the following:
1.1 The product is properly protected, with its original packaging, is still in perfect condition for the purposes of resale (i.e. not damaged or soiled, and the swing tag is still attached) together with any accessories, instructions and documentation (Do not return free gift).
1.2. A Non–defective product will NOT BE ACCEPTED as a valid return if it clearly shows signs of having been subject to lasting use (worn longer than a few minutes)
